Returns & Exchanges
- We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- It must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact
- The product should be free from any damage, stains, or odors
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance offers
- Customized or personalized products
- Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose:
- A different product of equal value, or
- A refund (as per refund policy below)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved:
- Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges, unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item received
- In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
